FLX Unity Center
FLX Unity Center is a Geneva-based nonprofit working to build a more equitable and connected Finger Lakes community. Rooted in racial and social equity, the organization provides free community-centered programs with open doors for all, with a special focus on uplifting those who are too often overlooked: people of color, teens and young adults, and individuals with limited resources.
Bridging Cultures and Generations
By inspiring creativity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness, FLX Unity Center serves to help build the kind of relationships that strengthen communities from the inside out. Their work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to safe, welcoming spaces, regardless of background or circumstance.
A Shared Mission With EPIC Zone
This commitment to youth, equity, and community is what brings FLX Unity Center and EPIC Zone Geneva together. Ontario Cares purchased the building at 81 North Street in Geneva in late 2025, and it’s now the shared home of both EPIC Zone (Ontario Cares’ established teen drop-in program), and FLX Unity Center. Together, under one roof, the two organizations are combining their expertise and passion to create a shared vision of community connection and inclusion. Through this partnership, teens who participate in EPIC Zone programming benefit from the cultural programming and creative outlets that FLX Unity Center brings to the table, creating a richer experience for the young people they serve together.
