No one at EPIC Zone is going cold, especially during this stretch of frigid weather. Mittens are available for anyone to take or borrow, and a recent inventory of donated clothing in the clubhouse backroom uncovered jackets, long sleeves, knit sweaters, sweat sets, and more.

“Members have enjoyed looking through the clothes over the past two weeks, with many of the items finding good homes,” said Cora Woloson, program coordinator at EPIC Zone Bloomfield. “Some clothing has been taken one day and is seen worn by members the next.”

The clothing was generously donated by former employees, and once members have selected what they need, the remaining items will be passed along to the Community Support Shoppe, continuing the cycle of warmth and community care.
