Ontario Cares (the Partnership for Ontario County) started in 1998, connecting neighbors to empower community. We run teen drop-in centers, provide counseling, support food access, lead coalitions on suicide prevention, substance misuse, and Veterans, and we operate the countywide restorative Youth Court program. At our core, we bring people and organizations together to create real, community-driven solutions.
